  Opposing Universes

We Conservatives and they, the Political Leftists (aka, Progressives, Liberals, and Democrats) keep going at it. We win and they lose elections; they win elections that we lose.  We win the White House and they don’t.  They win the White House and we don’t. Over and over again.

They hold certain concepts dear that we don’t hold dear, in fact, we repudiate many of our concepts.  We hold concepts that they repudiate. 

There are things about them that we hate.  There are things about us they hate. They don’t respect the way we Conservatives think. 

The Political Leftists think in a way that we Conservatives believe no one should think. It’s been going on like this since about the time of the French Revolution.

What does all of the above boil down to?  It’s not sheer rambling. There’s a thread of contrast and opposition running throughout the whole lead.  Can you guess it?

From pure politics to history, to economics, to philosophy, to ethics, to logical reasoning, to lifestyles, to sex, the universe that all the political leftists stand for – and the universe that we Conservatives stand for – they’re opposite universes and the physical one, actually the portion of the universe that is the Earth – is not big enough to contain them both. 

More specifically, in the United States – the line is tight enough to snap.  This article examines why it is that there can be no meeting of minds between them and us.

They think differently than us.  They’re basically Anti-God. Many of them even pay lip service to a god concept.  But at the same time, they recoil at Biblical authority. 

They recoil at the idea of individualism. They recoil at the idea of absolutes. Many of them are humanists.  They regard man as being the center of existence.

We conservatives perceive that God, not man, is the center of existence.  We hold that man can never be his own god.  Many of us believe in the Bible. 

So what am I getting at?  There’s an invisible world war going on. And within the world war going on, there’s a second American civil war going on too.  And here’s the rub:  The way that our Second American Civil War goes so will go the larger universal world war.
